Payments

Payment methods are stored in SAP and ORACLE by customer/business partner and work directly in-sync with your payment service provider (PSP). Payment methods added within ChronarPay will appear in your ERP for that customer and vice versa.  ChronarPay works with your PSP to tokenize the payment method and only the tokenized payment method is stored in your ERP as part of maintaining PCI compliance.  Other payment method features include:

  • Credit card and eChecks supported
  • Users can self-manage payment methods
  • One-time payments (tokenized payment is not stored)
  • Pay multiple invoices at once
  • Partial payments (residual payments also supported)
  • Apply credits to invoice payments

User Management

The ChronarPay team can integrate with your existing identity provider for a Single-Sign-On experience or you can use the out of the box user management features such as self-registration and the ability to manage their own password.  Other user features include:

  • Assign multiple accounts to the same user
  • Assign the same account to multiple users
  • Assign Payer or Sold-to accounts
  • Limit access by company code or sales area
  • Available authorization roles for admin, manager, internal rep and end user

Enterprise-Grade Security You Can Trust

ChronarPay is installed directly into your ERP environment and is built using secure code.  It is designed to integrate seamlessly with SAP & Oracle certified PSP add-ons. No sensitive payment information is ever stored in your ERP system — only tokenized payment methods, ensuring maximum data protection.

All payments are processed using PCI Level 1–compliant infrastructure. Tokenization takes place right in the user’s browser, meaning payment information is never transmitted or stored by ChronarPay.

ChronarPay is deployed within your own infrastructure — nothing leaves your network. From front-end hosting to backend ERP integration, all data stays within your secure environment.

All communications between users, the ChronarPay interface, and your ERP system are encrypted using the latest TLS/SSL protocols — including TLS 1.3 — to safeguard data in transit.  Since no data is transferred out of your ERP system, you don’t even have to worry about data at rest elsewhere!

SAP Digital Payments Add-On (DPA)

Many SAP customers are adopting SAP Digital Payments Add-On (DPA) to connect SAP with payment service providers. ChronarPay complements this architecture by delivering a modern self-service payment portal while leveraging SAP DPA for secure payment processing.
